Rakkojae

Rakkojae is a beautiful hanok guesthouse and restaurant that is located near Anguk Station. Built over 130 years ago, Rakkojae's main building was once a Korean cultural academy. The building has undergone subsequent renovation and was remodeled into its current form by Jeong Yeongjin who holds the designation of Master Carpenter of Human Cultural Properties. At Rakkojae's restaurant, visitors can enjoy Korean food, a tea drinking ceremony, Korean folk music and dance in the picturesque setting of a traditional hanok.
