Camapkahd (Samarkand)

Camapkahd offers Uzbek dishes based on Russian cuisine. All of the employees, including the cooking staff, come from Russia. They prepare a variety of Russian and Central Asian dishes, including lamb and beef skewers, a lamb hot pot-style dish called chyeplatochicken tabaka, plov, and shurpa. Lamb and beef shashlyk are recommended.
