Why come hereHangang Saengtae is famous for its spicy fresh pollack soup made with a broth from 14 different kinds of seafood, including blue crab and lobster. The soup is spiced up with chili paste, red pepper, and garlic. Besides pollack stew, samgyeopsal (grilledpork belly) is also famous. Reservations for lunch are advisable as the place gets quite busy.
