Buwonmyeonok

Buwonmyeonok specializes in Pyeongyang-style naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles served either in a tangy broth). They have been operating in Namdaemun Market for around 50 years. This restaurant is especially popular with customers from North Korea. Two popular dishes on the menu are dakmuchim (shredded boiled chicken served with salt and pepper) and bindaetteok (Korean-style pancake made of ground mung beans, green onions, and kimchi)
