Byeokje Galbi

The galbi (beef short ribs) served at Byeokje Galbi is reputed to be the most delicious in Seoul. They use only choice cuts of prime Korean beef, matured for four to seven days. Their secret is the marinade, a mix of soy sauce, syrup, spices, and salt flavored with seven ingredients. Though a meal here won't be easy on the wallet, your taste buds will thank you.
