Ilmi specializes in jangeo-gui (grilled eel). Despite the smoke and the smell of charcoal braziers that makes them an increasing rarity, at this restaurant you can enjoy chargrilled eel that has been seasoned with only salt. The eel with Korean pickled leeks and mixed rice with seasoned soy sauce are also excellent.
