Saowol Surasang

Saowol Surasang is renowned for its soy-marinated and spicy marinated crabs (ganjang gejang and yangnyeom gejang), featuring large crabs with a savory, not overly salty flavor. The restaurant also serves royal-style dishes made using traditional palace recipes, including grilled beef short ribs (galbisal), and Seongju-tang—an abundant, rich soup made from Korean beef, domestic dried radish greens, and a beef bone broth simmered for eight hours. Group seating and reservations are available, and two hours of free parking is provided.
